groups can offer an important social and peer support; topics may include new parenthood, managing life with ADHD, family conflict and more

individual counseling
I work with individuals 10+, teens and adults. I have an expertise working with high school and young adults.
as a relational therapist, i treat the whole person. I believe that systemic factors influence our daily lives more than we realize. parents, friends, work, community and our broader society all show up on to influence mental wellbeing.
I offer an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+
experience working clients with: ADHD, Trauma, Perimenopause, Menopause, anxiety, depression, suicidality and addiction
couples & family therapy
i work with partners & families facing all kinds of struggles including emotional disconnection to trust concerns to navigating new parenthood.
as a couples therapist, i show up for both partners and create a safe space where both partners can express their needs, fears, and frustrations. This fosters an environment to hear each other and ultimately build a shared understanding.
Family Therapy is a wonderful place to navigate relationships, divorce, separation, life transitions and family patterns.
Couples Therapy offers a chance to improve your relationship and experience meaningful change
possible topics we’ll explore:
family patterns: Learn behaviors you and your partner bring to your relationship that have developed from childhood into adulthood. Examine which coping patterns still serve you and which have lost their efficacy.
Conflict & distress: Learn tools to manage conversations that create distress with respect. even when exploring difficult topics like past infidelities or family dynamics tools exist to help.
Communication Patterns: explore your communication style and preferences for conflict. are you an external or internal processor? do you flight, fight, freeze or fawn?
Emotional Connection: many of us have a difficult time expressing emotions. in session, we take it slow and meet you where you and your partner are.
Rebuild intimacy: physical touch and intimacy are critical to relationship satisfaction. we discuss how you can trust so you can feel close again, both emotionally and physically.
Life transitions: Navigate major life transitions as a united team, whether it’s becoming new parents, dealing with aging parents, launching kids, i’ve seen it all and we can explore those areas together.
