whether you’re feeling unsure about therapy or skeptical of how change could happen, I see you. I’ve been there, too.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and action-oriented

Jennifer Shernoff

Marriage & Family Therapist

I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I work from a strength based, person centered perspective to help clients reach their goals and live a fulfilling life. I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative one, where we create and define goals, moving towards them together, reviewing, and refining during the course of our work together.

I have seen the quiet courage it takes to begin again.

My path to becoming a therapist is what I call my “third act.” After years spent leading teams and running projects, I felt the pull toward something deeper—something that aligned with my passion for supporting growth and transformation in others. now in midlife, i have lived experience that helps me with clients. I’ve experienced the disorientation of unexpected job loss, the identity shifts that come with Raising teens, Family strife, deep grief, the power of surviving cancer, Supporting aging parents and a 20+ year marriage.

My hope is to provide a safe, secure base in which to grow. we’ll work together to find life-solutions that fit you and your family.
