Jennifer Shernoff
Pychotherapist & Founder
My path to becoming a therapist is what I call my “third act.” After years spent leading teams, launching products, and even founding a canned wine company, I felt the pull toward something deeper—something that aligned with my passion for supporting growth and transformation in others.
Making the decision to pursue psychotherapy in mid-life was both a personal and professional turning point. I’ve experienced the disorientation of unexpected job loss, the identity shifts that come with Raising teens, Supporting aging parents and a 20+ year marriage. I have seen the quiet courage it takes to begin again.

Becoming a therapist isn’t just a career choice—it’s a calling rooted in my belief in human resilience.
My hope is to provide a safe, secure base in which to grow. we’ll work together to find life-solutions that fit you and your family.
